We are a Turkish baby garment manufacturer with over a decade of experience in designing and manufacturing baby clothes. Aksem Baby produces high-quality baby clothing made of organic cotton, modal, and 100% cotton. We cater to businesses all over Europe. The designing, cutting, sewing, decorating, digital printing, ironing, packaging,research and development, are all happening in our facility.
For over a decade, we have been producing baby clothes in the most modern and sustainable way possible. We use high-quality materials and pay attention to every detail to make sure that our baby clothes will stand time and can be passed down through generations.

We also offer private label services. We can put your own label on the baby clothes and textile baby accessories that you like. We offer a great selection of baby clothing, baby clothing sets, baby blankets, towels, socks, hats, gloves etc. Our design team can help you with anything you need. If you don’t know how to make your own designs yet, we can help you. We also iron and package the garments for you so when they arrive, they are ready to be sold. OUR COMPANY
Aksem Baby ( Aksem Konfeksiyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ) is a Turkey-based firm with over ten years of experience in the baby clothing manufacturer industry. We are a leading producer and exporter of baby garments and textile baby accessories. With the vision focused on providing high-quality and sustainable products, we have quickly become the supplier for 25 countries around the world. Our production facilities cover 11,500m2 (1 acre), with 150 workers and 25 staff members employed here, including management positions like administrators who oversee administrative tasks necessary across an organization's entire operation--all within their own factory walls.
ORGANIC COTTON
Organic cotton is grown using methods and materials that have a low impact on the environment. Organic production systems replenish and maintain soil fertility, reduce the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and fertilizers, and build biologically diverse agriculture. Third-party certification organizations verify that organic producers use only methods and materials allowed in organic production. Organic cotton is grown without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides and synthetic fertilizers.
Why do we use organic cotton at Aksem Baby?
We are proud distributors of a rich collection of organic cotton baby clothing and other textile items. Protecting the environment and cotton farm lands is important at Aksem Baby, so we aim to increase the use of organic cotton in our garments and use less of traditional cotton. We want to prove that organic cotton is not a luxury item anymore hoping that it will rise customers’ and other businesses’ demand for organic cotton textile and garments.
MODAL
Modal fabric is a semi-synthetic fabric made from the fibers of beech trees. The fibre produced from beech trees is incredibly soft and feels like silk when worn - it has twice the softness of cotton and feels amazing against your skin. Modal fabric is extremely hard-wearing and keeps its shape and finish, even after frequent washing. These properties make it useful as an underwear fabric and baby clothing fabric. Its silky texture also makes it comfortable for close-fitting intimate wear and is breathable. Unlike garments made from synthetic fibres like nylon and polyester, modal does not trap perspiration and odors. Modal is up to 50 percent more absorbent than cotton, so clothes never feel sweaty and sticky.
Why is modal fabric suitable for making baby clothes?
Modal fabric is naturally stretchy. It is widely known that modal has an incredibly soft touch. Modal is great for baby clothes as the fabric’s weave is very breathable. It is also highly moisture absorbent being 50% more absorbent than cotton. Modal’s textile structure is very strong because of the tight weave and the long fibers but yet it drapes very well. Similar to rayon and other silk alternatives, modal has a beautiful drape that makes it ideal for our products. The fabric resists pilling and has a smooth finish that makes it ideal for everyday wear and use. Besides all these advantages modal is made from regenerative plants and there are fewer chemicals used in the production process than with other types of rayon and it is 100% biodegradable. The fabric absorbs dye in warm water and does not release dye during the laundering process. Unlike most forms of rayon, modal is much less likely to shrink in the wash. Modal resists wrinkles and will stay smooth with minimal ironing.
